It's on NPS, but both pkg files for PSX (PS3) and PSV are the same. I can't comment about the real Vita but running it on Vita3k is not possible rn due to the missing license. Someone might need to dump the files from the Vita itself, not sure how multi-platform games like these work.

Why use Vita3K? It's still a PS1 game. Even on the PS Vita, it requires the Adrenaline emulator to run. It's the same as how PSP can play PS1 games, but PPSSPP can't emulate them.

It's an extra choice for people who don't want to emulate PS1 I guess? But if it's just the same PS1 version in a different packaging then it can't be helped.

You can think of it as an official digital release. It's not a separate version made for the PS Vita; the PS Vita just has PSP compatibility.
