Another one.

One episode, based on a series of Yuri Eroge. Both characters are school girls. One of them is sick, the other tries to get her better with love and sex. Eventually, the sick girl gets better, but the other girl gets sick.

Having trouble remembering the Eroge series too, though I think I remember that the games are interconnected in that they all take place in the same school.

I read this one when I was much younger (maybe 10-11 year ago) it was a manga set in the future and there was a tribe of mothers who all slept with their sons. Well the youngest didn't know yet and caught his mother sleeping with the older brother. Well he got introduced to it eventually and all things were happy days. The point of them sleeping together was for bonding (iirc) and procreation (obv) to keep it a specific gene line I think. The credit page was the mother and son hugging, naked, looking up over the night sky.

It is an anime, regular 20-24 minutes format, girl is a loli, there were other noname people around who could hear moaning of girl~
The process took place right in the those japanese huge bath, in water. Also remember, that brother knew his classmate watching them
