do i need to do certain stuffs before i can select it?

I managed to change positions but it was extremely hard to manuaever, i was literally clicking here and there but it just doesnt seem to change properly as i wished it would be. Anything you found out that might be able to help to make maneuver easier?

for me its the same, sometimes the position gets changed rly quickly, sometimes not kinda, just need to hold down the left button and move to right/left

What did you do to change the position? I am having the same problem. I am stuck on cowgirl only.
