Anyone have problems running this? I've tried installing to both a selected location and then the default location. Checked DirectX, region set, etc., but when I click to start the game, I get a moment of clocking, and then nothing happens. Using Win10.

Nevermind. I figured it out. In addition to having the regional setting set to Japan, you have to go into the Control Panel/Clock, Language, and Region settings, and under Regions, set the Format under the Formats tab to Japanese as well. (This may change the way your calendar and clock display.)

I set everything into Japanese as you mention,but I still cannot activate the game,any ideas?

I find that the Altier Kaguya games, though not all of them, are very particular like that. It'll probably be the same for other Windows versions.
