They're partial games. First one focus on Kyouka, second one will focus on Chikako, but has no release date yet (maybe around May or June).

Only if you will have displayed language of the OS set to Japanese, i dunno about W10 but it's a w7:ultimate feature. I usually just don't bother with that and leave my game open until i'm done with it.

I got Win10, not sure what you have but for me it solved it by just opening the .exe still zipped in the .rar file. As soon as I unzipped it, it wouldn't work but it works when it's still zipped. Dunno why.
