    Oh, it seems he was right! You just need to change your system locale to Japanese, then set your location to Japan as well and finally set the Format to Japanese as well. Now, about the above I mentioned, I suppose most people have already their system locale set to Japan, (heck we are hentai-gamers here!) and as for the other 2, dont worry, its not like the language of your computer will change, just the date format will reverse from ex. 26/02/2013 to 2013/02/26. Just leave the display language to English or whatever language you wish. And thats it! Hope I helped
    Btw, my OS is Win 7 Ultimate x32 so I cant speak for other OSs' but they shouldn't be that different.
