Question Replies being held by moderators

Hi, hello, I'm new to the forum. I actually registered to ask a question in a thread and the question was properly answered. Now I wanted to at least say thanks in the thread, but turns out that my replies are being held until a moderator approves them.

Thing is, more than a day has passed. How much do I need to wait? I just want to say thanks in a thread that's all, it's not like I'm posting spam or infringing the rules.
