Answered Some doubts after reading the rules

Hello, I'm new and I'd like to ask a few things (I came up with a few doubts while reading the rules).
In the General Forum Rules, point 1 says "Try to be active and post regularly. Although not mandatory it will increase your member status.". Now, I am pretty busy due to school (I'm in the last grade, so I'll have to study from here to July, to be able to be admitted to finals and pass them, so that I can graduate and get my diploma), so I won't be online that much. This rule made my confused, because I don't get if to be a user I have to be active or if it's just a tip.
Then, point 7 says "Do not post personal details on the public forum. Use your profile and your personal blogs to post personal info that you might want other members to see.", does this mean that in my introduction also I have to be quick and not say too many personal things?
Then I still have a doubt remaining, about my avatar and signature, because rules said the size is chosen due to the account's "level", but I can't find where to check how big they can be when you've just joined.

mmh.. you dont really have to be active, but everyone would like you to be ;)

just dont tell everything about your life and you should be fine.

Final decision about what is accetable is made by staff on a case to case basis.
Combined size of all images must be 500x300 or smaller.
Keep the size of externally hosted images reasonable.
No offensive (racial slurs, etc...) or extreme materials (guro, excessive blood etc...).
No nudity. Your signature can be ecchi, but not too explicit.
No profanity.
You may link to your blog or website. You may not link to online shops, warez sites, or any sites featuring objectionable content. If in doubt, ask a staff member (remember to include a link to your forum/blog/site).

Thanks for pointing that out, we may rewrite it to make it less confuse. It means you don't have to be active to keep your membership, we don't delete inactive members.

Regarding "Personal details", it means don't post anything that could be personally identify you or anyone else.

Avatar and Signature size are stated clearly, there's no membership level either. All members are granted with the same avatar size and signature. Only staff have a different avatar size.

We demand that signatures be in reasonable sizes, which is to say that a 500x300 (or smaller) image that isn't a tiff, a bmp, or an overly large/long gif should automatically be in conformity with the rules. While I don't remember us ever setting a 500KB hard limit, signatures over 500KB might very well be subject to deletion, as allowing them can potentially lead to users having to load 5MB per page for signatures alone.
