Help with translation

Hi guys,

Have this single translation I'm banging my head against the desk trying to translate.

Context:

Girl just had sex with a guy, unprotected. She's laying there -thinking- this:

・・・どうしよう・・・妊娠なんかしないわよね・・とにかく早く帰って体洗わないと・・


I know the first part is her wondering, what she's going to do.

The last part I think she says she's quickly going to go home to take a bath/wash herself.

The pregnancy part, I don't understand what she's saying, and the machine translators are giving me garbage to work with.

"どうしよう" also means striking/confusing feeling.
What makes such feeling is a fear of pregnancy.
Read "妊娠なんかしないわよね" as "妊娠してないよね".

What should I do... I'm not pregnant or something, right? (わよね adds emphasis on that last part)... anyhow, I've got to get home quickly and wash myself (my body).

"Pregnancy" is a verb here (妊娠しない).

With ないと the implied result isn't described here, so the translation is more flexible, IMO. It could also be "If I don't get home quickly and wash my body... (it will probably result in something negative given the context).
