I didn't mean that he was forced to end the games there, I was saying that he put on a forced ending where one shouldn't have been. When both stories were at most 2/3 of the way to the end, hhe forced an ending there.

I don't think he was doing it just to troll people. I think it was just a case of him seeing how much work he had done to get the game to that point and how much of that same work he'd have to do before it was complete and just went "fuck it. I'm not enjoying this any more. I'll just slap on an ending where it might seem halfway plausible as an ending point and quit".

Have to personally disagree with this sentiment:

1. First game had, well, you know. Troll. Judging from the recollection room, he probably was tight on schedule and had his hands forced somewhat, but if he really wanted to then he could have altered the scenario a bit and still give an abrupt yet fitting end.

2. Second one set itself up for a non-ending when it entered the third phase/stage. I honestly disliked the avenue it went, despite being quite novel and worthy of exploration in isolation, due to that. Either way, how it went patterned the first game's conclusion.


Regardless, these opinions are unprovable and besides the point; the 3rd installment will add more insight. I 100% agree your statement that he should take his time. As he's well past his deadline, no point in not extending it further and delivering a title that he's completely satisfied with, however it ends up being.

Most of my recommendations have female perspective. For male perspective that maybe you haven't encountered, try Shadowcore. Not translated but it seems pretty decent.

It has an insufferable encounter rate that you can get around somewhat by hitting up the casino and entering the fighting arena; you'll have to save and reload to get easy opponents (slimes), but keep doubling the max bet and save after winning each battle. You can trade the coins for excellent armor + an item (1000 coins?) in the immediate-left hand side of the building when you enter -- latter can be sold for maybe 5,000 in currency in shops. Not to mention stat upgrades, etc., to help minimize battle time or escape from them.

Consider Nanaha is supposed to be tragically great but I haven't gotten around to it in my queue. It's also untranslated.

I've also been wanting to play some NTR RPGmaker games that focus on the male PoV. Seems like almost every RPGMaker game with netorare in it has the heroine as the character you play. For example, I was quite frustrated when I finally got around to playing Minako and it began with the male PoV, only for it to switch over to the heroine as soon as the prologue ended and have you play as her for the rest of the game, aside from a few short parts.
The thing I really enjoyed about NTRPG other than the plot, was the way you could wander around at different times of day and find what the heroine/s were getting up to. You never knew if you were just worrying over nothing, or what you might run into. So long as you didn't read the cheat sheet. Why can't more game imitate that, instead of going with the quick and easy, play as a heroine going around having sex with a bunch of different men/monsters/etc. It's not much different from any H RPG, save for the fact that instead of just playing a girl who has a bunch of sex during her adventure, you play as one who has a bunch of sex during her adventure who just happens to already have someone. Though you'll be luck to see much of him inbetween her adventures and sex scenes. It's so frustrating.

That's why I was anticipating the new translation from m1zuki, since you play as the guy and it has some of those elements I mentioned. Though after I had a closer look, it seems the NTR will be a bit weak. Not in amount, but in impact. It's just what I got from interpreting the summary from dlsite and looking at CGs, but it looks like your character will go to the magic academy already knowing you need to have sex to increase your magic power and being fine with it, since he has confidence that he can keep his girls and form a harem. And then you play trying to keep your girls satisfied and if the various numbers get too low, the girl will cheat. Even then she probably won't be stolen completely, you'll just see her having sex with someone else, your guy will get pissed and if you have sex and get along with her later she'll go right back to being his girl. So not quite as great as it could have been. But in the absence of any alternatives, I'll take it.

It's about a sibling couple, Misha and Riddell, being in love but the sister is given a lewdness curse by a succubus. Hijinks ensue.

Game is from the female perspective and features in-battle H-attacks, clothing rip functionality, quests, badges for sexual events, listings of everything 'unlocked' / encountered - including enemies, cute enemy images, avoidable battle encounters barring story line ones, customized battle skill points allotment, ability to change into limited set of unlocked costumes, and so on.

Reminiscent of Ariadne to me except clearly less polished.

Edit: I should note that's only the initial story premise. There are multiple endings, so things may change.

This!! Why can't they just copy what works in NTRPG and add something lacking, like CGs or voice, voice preferably. I had high expectation for Married Warrior Emma but it turned out to be fuck fest from heroine POV with no male POV. It's simply nukige with married heroine, the husband was just accessory in the game, there is no development between husband and heroine.
I'm curious to the game you says m1zuki translating, anyone has played it? write impression or review with no spoiler please :)

For more context into MPSM, it's quite linear. You have to complete the game like 5x to get endings. That doesn't bother me much, but I also haven't played preceding games by that group so maybe some of the novelty wears off.
