Do it without executing the .exes. Just copy all the folders into the main game folder and that's it.

Is it safe to install HF mods like Zeaska's without having my game files conflicting? If not, I hope they'll start making compatible versions soon...

First of all, you shoul've installed your game the traditional way: mount with Daemon Tools and then install the game using the .exes in japanese with Applocale. And then just copying the other dlc and updates, nothing of that FileCopy.exe.

Well, did you just delete all the mods or do you actually installed the game completely? I uninstalled my game and deleted the folder, yes, with all the mods. Then did a fresh install with no mods with all the new DLC. This is the safest way for things to work.
