So uh, anyone still have the protags patch? The links are now dead I can't seem to find any other dl links other than the baidu one, which is wonky as hell.
Edit: Disregard this post, Chinese proxies did the job.
Hmm, I haven't touched Sengoku Hime 2 for a long time now, so I can't say for sure, but I think there should be cracks that bypasses the CD-key sequence? It should be somewhere in the download thread.
You might also want to make sure the files you've downloaded are not corrupted/incomplete.
You've gone into the 'Special Command' mode, which for spears means defending someone. Right-click out of it, and just click on the enemy panel you want to attack. The same works for other units, just don't click that small red button if you don't want to use special abilities.
They don't have special attacks that damage troops, but spears and mages can attack normally (mages can only attack in a triangle shape, so if you put a mage unit on centre back, it can attack front-row side units, whereas if the mage's in the front row it can attack someone right in front of...
Can you take some screenshots before/during and after the event? I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what's happening there since it never happened to me. As for funds going negative, yeah, try firing some units with low stats unless it's a unique character (again, anything with every...
Hmm, I've never encountered that event myself, so I can't really say, but it does seem likely it's a problem the 'UD' & 'Business' buttons can fix.
As for majority, I can't really remember (since I never really counted them), but half of them sounds about right.
You mean as in they get knocked down to level 1 once you captured it from enemy hands (or gets captured by enemies)? That's normal since you've went and siege the place. If you mean the random events where castle levels get knocked down, try the 'Urban Development' (UD for short) and 'Business'...
Was the scene target part of your force? If not, then you're probably fine as is. Otherwise, I don't see how a unit in your control could even get such an event, given they're mostly triggered by unit destruction (death/being fired).
P.S. The scenes don't check which faction you're playing. So...
...Which event? Did one of your important characters get killed? (note: Always leave the city(ies) next to your main units empty so they won't get killed if they lose a battle)
That's the Autumn Harvest event, which happens every four turns. It both gives you a large boost in treasury for the harvest, AND takes away some from the treasury for unit payments. If you're getting negative returns, fire some units. You can do that by clicking the 'System' button (the last...
1.) That's the 'Payroll' button, which ups their loyalty, but will deduct more from the treasury every time Autumn rolls around. (disloyal units may rebel, keeping the loyalty past 10 is usually enough).
2.) Units with higher 'Management' (the third one in the line of stats) will cost less when...
Nope, income doesn't change whether you have a unit on it or not. You might improve a city so it earns more, if it's not already maxed out, but otherwise just leaving them empty is fine.
Yes, it adds up. The castle icons will disappear with each necessary event completed, clearing the way for more hearts until you hit the next icon or maxed-out. If it's Cao Cao, it's probably story-triggered. Maybe start expanding upwards if you haven't cleared Yuen Zhao yet?
It's a 'progression' mechanic that gives you the option to choose her ending once the story route comes to an end if you've maxed-out all 15 hearts. The pink hearts starts from the bottom of the graph and goes up towards the character sprite, with the roulette determining how much percentage you...
