Your most memorable Otome game?

When I was new to otome game, Mystic Messenger was my first and most unforgetable, now that I think back, it could definitely use some improvement. But I guess back then, the whole new feelings about getting to be a part of the story and actually affect the outcome was thrilling. Currently, I've play lots of OG with more interesting story and unique gameplay, I've got to say they can beat MM anytime. But MM is still one of the first names I'd recommend for any newcomer, something like your first love and nostalgia filter maybe? What about yours??

I remember playing Mystic Messenger and Midnight Cinderella together lol. How nostalgic!

But I think if I have to pick my first and most memorable one, it has to be Starry Sky. Well, back then, I was amazed by how many LIs they had lol. Of course, I can't easily recommend it to others. It's Japanese and there are 8 games in total with too many LIs. Especially if you count the side LIs too in the "after" versions, it's definitely overwhelming for newcomer lol

Toraware no Paruma.
This is the otome game that gave me the strongest sense of immersion — and the worst withdrawal after finishing it.

I would say my most memorable otome game is Amnesia: Memories; it is a game I revisit often, partly because someone kindly translated it into my native language. I remember every single route; it was also the first game—based on an anime I had watched multiple times—that I couldn't play originally due to the language barrier. When I finally found it in English and decided to play it, I absolutely loved it and still look back on it fondly, especially Ukyo's route. Another memorable one is Asaki, Yumemishi; since it was the first game I played in Japanese, I loved its soundtrack and opening theme, not to mention the themes—driven by the characters' backstories—that really resonated with me.

The *Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side* series has left a strong impression on me.
Raising stats, playing mini-games, and the fact that you don't know the ending until graduation—
it's all so exciting, and I still enjoy playing it today.

hmm for me one of the most memorable ones is amnesia since it was one of the first ones i played and made me fall even more for otome games

Collar x Malice, without question! The gripping high-stakes mystery, mature writing, and incredible character dynamics kept me hooked from beginning to end. It set such a high standard for narrative pacing and chemistry that few other titles have managed to top.
