My very first otome game was this 18+ PC game called Under the Moon lol. Since it was my gateway game, it still holds a special place in my heart, and I find myself replaying it from time to time. Seiju is still one of my all-time favorite characters.

Date Warp and then Yo-Jin-Bo.
At that time, Alben was my favorite because I felt bad for him but right now, Linds is on top of the list for me because of how funny and charismatic he is.
I don't remember much about Yo-Jin-Bo but I really liked the violet-haired guy called Tsubaki. He was so pretty! ❤

Oh my gosh. Our first games are almost the saaaaame. For me, technically the first 'otome' game I played is Fatal Hearts(also made by Hanako Games who later made Date Warp) and then Yo-Jin-Bo. For Yo-Jin-Bo, I unfortunately don't remember the LIs now because it was so long ago, and the only thing I distinctly remember was that I panicked so hard the first time because the choices were timed. HAHAHA.

Does mobile app count? I haven't seen anyone mention this game, but my first otome game was Midnight Cinderella by CYBIRD. I love Louis so much!
I think it's a real shame that CYBIRD decided to shut the game down.

Shall we date games but there was one I really like The Niflheim+ but I didn't even registered as an otome, it was just another mobile game, with handsome man in it. Then later with knowledge(? about VNs and otome, Starry Sky in Spring.
