why don't people put stuff in dropbox in a public folder? And this is called censored because you removed the text? Shouldn't it just be called textless? If it's censored it would mean you cut out parts of the game that were too explicit.

Dropbox doesn't have privacy guidelines like one click hoster. Sure, there is a risk regardless what hoster you choose but using dropbox for data with copyright is careless. The censorship tag predicates that this relase is censored like all japanese porn. Pixelated facial hair & genitals etc.. I removed some parts of those "story telling pictures" but all video material is included, looped and subbed with suitable audio layers.
