Would you rather be stuck in a yandere route or a bad ending?

I do not feel that the Yandere genre has already been overexploited. I will always go with the bad ending for personal tastes, there are few games that I like the character Yandere. Because personally would prefer freedom.

Bad ending can range anywhere from "and then they went their separate way" to "and then they all died miserably and in pain" - I'm not sure I want to roll the dice on that one. So maybe I'll pick yandere... I think I could handle a mild yandere - say like 14dwy.

Maybe, yandere route is better because at least you're still alive in this route, while bad ending usually have more death or worse than death.

I'd pick yandere if it's a mild one. Not a « I'll chop your legs off so you can't run away » type of one

Team Bad Ending all the way—give me the dramatic plot twist over playing psychological chess any day! 😂

Wdym? I'm into that kind of thing ah!
I'd gladly get stuck in a yandere route with my li~
He can lock me u—
Okay, I shouldn't get carried away.

I guess it depends on the ending. It's hard knowing that depending on the Yandere I could be causing deaths, or having them died (in the worst case scenario) probably bad ending I still know my life is mine in it's own way

Yandere route if I was the MC i ask him to give me console then I happily stay in his cage

Hmm... This is a tough one, despite my love for yanderes, I personally would not be handle them no matter what level... but the bad ending could be super miserable...

Probably a bad ending and try my way to move on and try to make the best of it.

I'd go with the yandere route. I know it's objectively the more dangerous choice, but at least there's one thing you can count on with a yandere: they genuinely, absolutely love the protagonist. No worrying about their affection dropping, no sudden change of heart, no getting dumped because they fell for someone else. If anything, their behavior gets more and more unhinged precisely because their feelings are getting stronger. In other words, the love is guaranteed. If I look at it that way... well, I suppose a little stalking and possessiveness are just the price of admission.

I think I'll take my chances on the yandere route. To be fair, if I get into a situation like with one of the characters from 7'sCarlet (yes there is a yandere there, although very mild), I thought I wouldn't be able to enjoy it. But being taken care for and having the attention of a hot dude all the time? Definitely would take that over potential death and grief in most bad ends. In any case, if the yandere dude goes too far, I'd like to believe I can knock him out and escape!

I'm not a fan of yandere characters, but it's still better than a bad ending where the character dies.

depend on what bad ending, some think 'bad' and it's not bad at all, everything is a coin with 2 side, and yandere only 1 side, you stick with her for the rest of your life or divide your inheritage after divorce and God forbbid she will follow you anyway
so, it's like : bad ending is an ads : you bought one, you get 1 free, a thing you didn't asked to received inside the bundle which may helpful in long term
like you get out a bad relationship, guess what? you are now free to play game up until 1 AM and nobody scolding you again
and what is the worst when you lose your life? If life give you nothing, you leave it with NOTHING.
listen to this song

and remember
look down to see your reflection ( water in the lake ) and look up to see what is obstacle lying before you

I mean when you look down into a mirror of a reflection, it's dark, you seeing yourself only with distortion of yourself, that moment you seeing YOURSELF, not a familiar facesome people busy too much to look at themselves, once you see yourself, from now, a fat man, no job, no future, but 16 years later, you look at yourself, a successful man, slimmer, more healthy, more muscle, that's your achievementnow, why look up?, because you have to see what is lying before you, clean it up instead of standing in 1 place, you have goal to achievenow, look down again, seeing yourself, a pitch black zone, with only your though, so tell me, how many people wishing they are at your rank, or imagine life is a stair case, you walk up 10 years? 20 years? or 50 years, now you look down to see the steps, the mistake you took, the experience you gain, the society status you have, and you see many people struggle to step on, they are trying to climb or even crawling on each step, why are you complaining?and the stair case in metaphor of Jesus, remember when Jesus said he is the stair case to heaven?, the staircase is your life, carrying the crucifix doesn't mean you have to drag the damn thing follow Jesus, it's your life, your process of climbing the stair case, it's painful some step higher than others, but you are passed it into new level of you to achieve the top

Hmmm.....depends on how the execution goes? I'm strictly against non-con/similar scenario in any plot point, but sadly in some game it doesn't limited to bad ending.....If the bad ending was more like a tragic, angst, etc I can take it better than the Yandere one....but roughly, as long as the character switch doesn't flip way too drastically or the plot was done in a distasteful manner for shock value, then it's alright
