Hello, I have a problem.
Usually, when you want to change language, you need to run WIndows update first to install various languages, but it's says that it's already updated. How to change language manually if language has been installed ???

Go to control Panel, choose clock language & region.Follow the red marker

Are not all Visual Novel compatible when played at Windows 7 ??
After i'm install and try to open, it's showing error. What wrong could it be ??

all VN i played always work even in windows 7~
Right click on your VN shortcut or your VN.exe
Choose Properties,Then choose sub bar "Compatibility"

Suit it to your need.mine for example....

Then Apply or Ok

Which Visual Novel is it? It might be a problem with 64bit windows.

There's usually some patches for them though.
