Duel Terminal Chronicle IV - Chapter of Opposites (デュエルターミナル クロニクルＩＶ 「対極の章」) ; I saw previous chapter factory sealed boxes being sold on amazon.com by Konami but there wasn't this "Duel terminal Chronicle IV" being sold. Are there currently any sites that sell this particular "DTC IV" card box and ship internationally?

There should be. You should check on ebay, amazon or any other online shop site. Though DT cards tend to be more expensive, due to their limited release, so, your best bet is find them as separate cards.
