When did you start playing otome games?

I don't really remember when is, but Amnesia Memories is also my first otome game, so it's around 2015 i guess???
 
i don't remember my exact age but maybe around 11 when i had my first laptop lol my first one was probably those pacthesis games i really enjoyed those then i'd find more like those on deviant art also finding some eng patched games for pc and ds like starry sky and dot kareshi, tmgs… then the time i got my iphone in middle school which eventually lead to my voltage addiction buying so many routes and extra stories especially in dreamy days in west tokyo xD in 2015 i got amnesia memories on steam so that was probably my first real legit otome lol then 2019 collar x malice was my first switch otome !
 
I was around my middle school too! I think it was garnet cradle or panic palette, I can't remember it's been too looong haha
def was soo entranced with how pretty the music and art is in Garnet cradle, even tho I don't really understand much nihongo at that time, I just brute force everything to finish the game haha
 
12-13 years ago.😂 I got to know otome games and started playing seriously around this time. Otome game is a part of my life.

When I was around 15 years old, with a little game called Yo-Jin-Bo lol My mind was blown that games like this existed, my mind was blown.
 
I first started playing *Hakuouki* when I was in elementary school because I had fallen in love with Chikage.
 
I've been playing since 2019, perhaps even before that? And I've loved playing otome games for a long time! No other games appeal to me as much as otome games❤️
 
I think around 11-12? and my first otome game is Amnesia played with my PSP. Funny that was also my first time playing a game with different language, blindly without knowing basic Japenese and just a hunch finished Shin route without getting bad end (altho got normal end tho)

I was surprised to learn that so many of you have been playing otome games since you were very young, and I was also happy to hear that some of you have become interested in Japan because of it 🥰
As for me, I started playing otome games after I became an adult, with the PS Vita version of "Koezaru wa Akai Hana".
 
I started to interest in Otome game about 10 years ago. Already graduated and work as a company's staff.
As you can see in the day that I register on this community.
And still playing until now. ^^

I remember playing Amnesia for the first time and being unable to stop crying during a certain character's route.

I started playing games when I was around 14 years old, but I only played the ones that were on the Play Store haha. 🎀
 
Hmm more than 10 years ago. I don't wanna mention my age but I feel old lol. I found some English otome games and that started everything
 
I started playing otome games when I was 20 years old.
I remember being very excited when I bought the game console and software myself.
 
I saw the Nanami fan art online and found out it was from a anime called Starry Sky. I got totally hooked on the anime first, then I was so hyped to find out there's an actual game too. It was about ten years ago.
