Mine is the classic Toma bad ending from Amnesia Memories; it was the first bad ending I ever got. It caught me completely off guard and really stuck with me at the time, not only because I wasn't expecting it from him, but also because I couldn't get the good ending at all and had to follow a guide. The CG is beautiful though, aside from the MC's circumstances, haha.
