Was about to insta-vote sub but then I noticed a lot of my favs also into the bait and switch category (cutesy with a scary controlling streak, tough looking ones that turn out to be maso...) And the fact that my Nucani top 3 is Blade, Yakumo and Rei which makes 2 doms and 1 sub with rare dom moments. So...

When it comes to female characters I do prefer stoic irritated dom women or the type that'd want to do illegal experiments on me but I also can't say no to a lazy girlfailure...it's difficult!

Basically I'll support whatever they're doing as long as they're moe

I like men who are extremely masculine and super dominant when they're out in public, but then become submissive at home and let me take the lead. There's something really exciting about being able to put such a dominant man in his place.

Haha, it depends on the plot of the game. The female lead has a more mature and powerful personality. I really like the feeling of the male lead showing weakness under the female lead, as the female lead dominates. If the female lead has a more delicate personality like Little White Rabbit, I still prefer the male lead who is powerful, has a very prominent identity and status, and gives the female lead a sense of security.

Dom for sure lol, but I'm more than open to other types and it's a little tiring seeing dom guys and meek mcs all the time. Would be nice to see more assertive mcs to balance it out

I like subs. I do not know I guess I like seeing them more vulnerable, being able to tease them, and of course the tears!! Pathetic men are fun. Rarely though do I come across a good sub in otome games, as most show a "dom" like side. They are the characters I enjoy the most in mangas. I also have a soft spot for switches.

If a man has both sides, it makes him more "complete" in my eyes (and I like all kinds of 2in1 appliances ). There are times when I'm in the mood for a slightly dominant character, and there are times when I'm in the mood for a more submissive character. The latter tends to happen more often - I love men being a mess. Although, when there's an entertaining, non-oppressive dom character, I'm more than OK with that too. So in the end I would say my type's a switch with a sub preference, but my strike zone isn't limited to it.
