What's the longest you've left an otome game unfinished?

I just realized that it's almost been a decade since I have put Hakuoki Edo Blossoms on pause lol. It's not even because I didn't like the game (I already played all routes in Kyoto Winds), I just happened to put a pause on it one random day and then never got around to continuing it again. Which is hilarious now that I think about it bc within these past years, I've already completed plenty of other otome games

...I definitely have to start all over again with Kyoto Winds. I can't remember the finer details of every route anymore... Seriously, why didn't I just do: play one route in Kyoto Winds and continue the route in Edo Blossoms...

I have an otome game that I've left unfinished for the past three years, and I didn't even make it to a single ending lol. I honestly can't even remember why I stopped playing it... I think I just got more interested in other games, and once I moved on, it became harder and harder to feel like going back to it. It's not even that I disliked the game, either.
