For me, Grand Blue is probably the funniest. The timing, facial expressions, and completely unhinged college comedy never get old. Gintama is a close second, especially once you know the characters and all the running jokes.

I probably have some hot takes, but "Golden Boy", "Tenchi Muyo: GXP", "Excel Saga", "El Hazard" (more goofy than funny), "Love Hina" had some fun bits. Oh "Lucky Star" had it's moments.

When I first saw GxP I think i laughed until I cried at some parts. The f&%* robot "NB" was hilarious.
