Bypassing Region-blocked Android Apps?! D:

I realized that certain Android apps are region blocked and can't be accesed or downloaded..... I heard something about QooApp that can bypass this?

Well I don't care how I bypass these restrictions as long as I can use those region restricted app/games please!
For example: I'm attempting to download this "selector battle with WIXOSS" strategy card game app but it keeps telling me incompatible with my "This app is incompatible with your device" as well as something about region in-availability.
How do I bypass this restriction of region to get apps I normally can't get?

The example app in question:

I am pretty sure if you can get a hold of .apk it cant stop you from installing it directly (i may be wrong tho).

I got things working after struggling to install (and finished) QooApp after going thru several programs thanks anyway-

I download japanese app in Google play store by use Openvpn and clear Google play store data to set location in japan by go to http://www.vpngate.net/en/. and select on openvpn files. Please update vpn by download new one because it doesn't live for long. This method is can save from .apk package that contain malware and your phone not responding by install .apk from website.
