Okay so I'm not shopping for manhwas because I don't know any korean yet but here are some sites you could try looking for them:

Most of those sites offer ebooks as well while others might require you to use some sort of shipping proxy or w/e. (Again I feel like there should be something like a fans-for-fans-proxy-community to make things easier ._. )
Also amazon.com and amazon.jp might be good places to look at for both Korean manhwas and anime.
