There's a ton in my backlog, but the most prominent ones would probably be Otome Daoshi, Volontes, and Crimson Warriors. I also still have to finish Temirana and Mistonia.
I have a considerable anount of titles in backlog.... the one I'm looking forward to play are Temirana, Otome Daoshi, Mistonia, Homura and Honey Vibes!
As a hoarder, it's easier to ask what IS NOT in my backlog XD. But rn I am thinking about picking up Dot Kare II + III, Amnesia Crowd, Dramatical Murder, Handsome Laundering and Cupipara FD
I have too many I use to be able to go through them once they came out, not anymore lol Bustafellows 2, Daoshi fighting for love, Homura the crimson warriors, Illusion of Itehari and more. Those are just the one on top of my head I can remember.
Right now I have all the games by voltage inc in my backlog for nostalgia reasons <3 (ex. My Last First Kiss, Gangsters in Love, Astoria Fated Kiss, etc). I also have Date Everything! and Hookah Haze in my backlog.

9 R.I.P
I have too many, currently I'm trying to finish 9 R.I.P and want to play Illusion of Itehari after that. Have Homura: The Crimson Warriors, Temirana, Volontes and Mistonia's Hope too but I'm not sure if I will get to them any time soon ;-;
Just like a lot of others here, I also have a huge backlog that I'm trying to work on. My priorities for after finishing the current one I'm on is 9 R.I.P and Battlefield Waltz!
Like many others have mentioned here, I also have a huge backlog. The games I'm most looking forward to finishing/playing are Illusion of Itehari, 9 R.I.P., Neon Clash, and Temirana.
Honestly every game translated since halfway last year... I love collecting games but playing them, I have to be in the right mood and with my busy life ATM it's so difficult to settle down and immerse myself sadly.
