Bought slow food not too long ago. Snails taste alright, but preparing them so they fit for human consumption, is more trouble than its worth.

I ate a pig's liver with some fava beans and half of a fried kidney. It was very nise with a big Amarone. Bought them from a butcher named HELLO, across the street. The O letter from the HELLO signpost had faded over the years, but Jack (the owner) never bothered to fix it. I wonder why...

I bought my dinner through UberEats, and they're legit faster than actual "fast food" from McDonald's. These days they're not fast nor cheap anymore (not even remotely healthy too). False advertising at its finest.
