His character in this work is so unusual(?) for doujin cds - pathetic but extremely laid back at the same time. I rarely get emotional over fictional media, but track 8... made me tear up a bit. 主水Ash-san voice acting in this work is incredibly fitting too: relaxing and soft-spoken, but intense and cute in the play scenes. Ahhh this is such a healing cd for me
Yes ~! I look forward to supporting his works honestly and keep up tabs on his newest works and my Oct. favourite is his "頑張り屋さんな君を、とことん甘やかして愛し尽くす夜 ～10歳年上の溺愛彼氏との愛にあふれる幸せな毎日～" !!! It's such a sweet work I'd want to return to it any and all the time~♡ I just love sweet works like this ~He's such a lovely person even outside of his roles, too, isn't he? When he appeared on the Girls Mania Radio show around the time of 四柳の因習兄弟, I found out that he has a really great sense of style, and that made me like him even more!
His voice is truly one of a kind. Personally, I think it might even have that special 1/f fluctuation quality, haha! ♡

It's difficult but since I've been exposed to it for so long I couldn't help but pick it up ~ Plus I don't only listen to them but try to watch and read (although I'm still a long way in my reading skills ~ Especially with names :(! ). And the vocabularies are indeed unique, hehe ~ Sometimes I refer to resources in my native (English isn't my native!) to even see how such words work and finding the it is so funny because some expressions are really just the same but in different languages lolPersonally, I think Japanese is one of the more difficult languages to learn, so I used to worry that everyone might be struggling to understand Japanese works. There are translated versions, of course, but since these are audio dramas, they don't come with subtitles. Plus, the vocabulary used in this kind of work can be pretty specialized, haha!

Even if you have plenty of opportunities to take in the language, it takes so much longer to master it if you don't get many chances to use it yourself. That's why I genuinely admire how much you've learned just by surrounding yourself with content in another language! 
There are so many possible readings, and I find men's names especially hard to figure out, so I often end up asking them how their names are pronounced, haha! 
Sometimes, even when two words have the same meaning in our native languages, I notice that the way we approach or conceptualize them can be quite different. It makes me wonder whether those differences come from the different ways people perceive things when they first give them names. 
It's so fascinating to think about how language reflects the way we see the world, isn't it? ♡
