I really love the opening and ending themes of Abaraka: The Crimson Flower That Divides (越えざるは紅い花). The opening theme shares its title with the game, while the ending theme is titled Eien no Na (The Eternal Name). The songs carry a strong exotic flair and fit perfectly with the game's setting and themes. I used to have them on repeat quite often during my car rides.

My top 5 openings are: Norn9, Ayakashi Gohan, Jakou no Lyla, Virche and Cupid parasite.
 
The opening song for The Story of Saiunkoku is seriously amazing. It just pulls you in right away and gets you completely immersed. it's my favourite.

i really like Uta no Prince-sama opening and also the vampire knight one , and for a long period i was obssessed with mystic messenger opening and it's my favorite phone game tooo
 
I really like the music; I usually pay attention to the music first, although there are some very good animations, too. :) My favorite is the one from *Vampire Knight*, as well as the ones from Amnesia, Ephemeral, and Virche Evermore.

For otome, I personally really like TaishoXAlice's opening. It's catchy and I long the song. Also, for Anime there are too many to name, for example: Bungo Stray Dogs, SpyXFamily, Idolish7, Uta no Prince Sama, Mashle, and so on.
 
My favorite otome game openings are from Glass heart princess, Clock:Zero, and Collar x Malice.

My favorite *otome* game song is the opening theme for *Hiiro no Kakera*
"Koi ni Ochite" by Maiko Fujita.

Her delicate, beautiful voice instantly drew me into the game and captivated me.

That question is so hard... Wdym only one favorite song? I need at least 50 slots for that 😭 Most otome games have reaaaaaally good openings... And don't let me start on endings or even inserts in the games. Like I'm totally obsessed with Sympathy Kiss insert song who plays in the key moments of each route 😭 Or cupipara with tracks for each character 😭 And Jack Jeanne songs????? God I could stay the entire day talking about that :ROFLMAO:
