This can be a VPN issue. some VPNS are under stricter restrictions.

We wont lift the VPN restrictions on certain VPNS due to misuse of them by spam bots and download scraping bots. You will need to find a different VPN sadly, or visit the website without a VPN.

For downloads themselves you can use the VPN, just not on browsing the website.
