I'm on the hunt to find some VNs that stray from the norm, something akin to The House in Fata Morgana or Homicipher
If you have any visual novels you've played that stood out to you because of the art style or extra game mechanics please share

If you're okay with R18 content, perhaps you can try Nitro+ titles? Most are story driven with low amounts of gameplay but some do offer unique mechanics. Kimi to Kanojo to Kanojo no Koi and Full Metal Daemon Muramasa both come to mind. The latter is a top favorite of mine.
