Valve is one of the game companies I respect the most nowadays -- they really seem to care about their customers.

That was some nice insight into Valve and it sounds like it would be quite the once in a lifetime experience working there.

On the other hand, as usual their humour makes it light hearted and the design is also intriguing. It truly looks like a great place to be working in.
