This is a standalone mod.
If you have identified ID Conflict, let me know.
Anyway, I resolved the ID conflict with "Roy12Mods-[HS] [Request] 2B from Nier Automata" on 2017-08-06.

P.S
The faces of these skins are slightly white in color, which is intentional.
It was so made to express a face with thick makeup.

She looks good but I think this mod doesn't work for me?
The new Face Skin options are not appearing, I have the 4K patch but I don't have Party DLC. Do I need Honey Select Party even though you say it works?

The problem is that the customlist that goes with this mod is not included in the download. Without the list nothing is going to be loaded into the game so that is why is not showing in any of the menus.

Thanks! Though, I noticed that face textures N_A01, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, and 12 all look exactly the same. Is it supposed to be that way?

I am the same as you.
If I do not have a 4k initial diffuse pack, will they all look different? I do not know that well.

I'm not sure, but I have the latest 4k diffuse pack, and that's how they are. However, it is true that many of the 4k face textures share the same look, but what's strange is that the original, non-4k faces all have their own subtle differences.
I wonder why that is?

Ahh, well, it appears to be exactly the same way with the 4k face textures, as well, so I guess it's to be expected.

I really like this mod. It fits well with some of the new models I'm working on. FOr days i cant find the right angle for the eyelids with more traditional asian looks.

Too bad we dont know who the author is. I was like wanting to suggest that the face is a little bright, it sometimes doesn't match the body. It would be great if it could be a bit dimmer. Nevertheless it's a great mod.
