I thought it was in my collection, but apparently it got lost over the years. I've already checked Gelbooru/Rule34/Danbooru/Sankaku Complex and no luck finding it again.
The picture was from the late 90s, it's Sailor Jupiter sitting on the edge of a pool in a swimsuit (pretty sure it was green) and there's pee running down her legs. There was no nudity in the picture.
As a side note, I think I found it on an old hentai site called "hentai paradise" or something like that, that had a bunch of old school galleries as well as a really large forum. The banner had a bunch of palm trees on it and there was a paysite component where you didn't get access to all the pictures in every gallery unless you paid. If anyone can remember the name of that site, that would be helpful too.
