Trouble installing, stuck

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. but for a couple games, I'm completely lost on how to install them.
the 2 I have are
dabuimo visionary and
[141031] [ぱちぱちそふと黒] 父に恋した淫乱娘「彩子」 ～お父さんは誰にも渡さない～ + Manual

well the 2nd one comes in iso files. So I tried mounting it ( theres 2 files that can be mounted ???) and then installing it.

Now it does install files but there isn't anything in the folder that can be executed? And when I try looking for files to use applocale on, I do find an executable to run in the image file I mounted, but I get an error message and a blue window with a ton of code in it.

and dabuimo visionary asks for login credentials? I tried a patch I found here and replaced it with the old exectuable, but nothing, nothing appears or opens..

Any advice on how to get these running? thx in advance.

Well with blue window and a lot of codes it says that you need to change region to japan. Also I don't think that runing a game from mounted image is good option because you may run it but it's read only file so it will not save your progress in game. As for now I think it's best to change region to japan and you will see if the problems are still present. If they are then you may give me a links from which you downloaded these games and I will see if I also have the same problems.
