Anyone has this pack? Great games they are! They seem to have updated them to work with the more recent versions of Windows.

You would have much better luck downloading the separate version. I rarely see someone upload a package of existing games unless there's (an) additional to the story.
For compability issue, you can get away by using vmware. I've been playing it like that so far and tinkerbell's game has the most annoying requirements (japanese display language, japanese localization, and sometimes japan time) to avoid mojibake.

i never heard of vmware, what is that? i do have few tinkerbell games but can't seem to play since i needed the no dvd patches.

In short, it's virtualization of OS, it has many useful applications which one of it is no need dual boot. Like you're using win7 and virtualizing xp regarding compability issue, intercrossing OS is OK too as long it's supported. Further detail just google it.
No dvd patches are just tools for disregarding the dvd check. Just keep it mounted and you're done. No dvd patches can be searched just fine.

I already have most of the individual games, still it would be nice to have all in one package that runs native on Windows7. Sure you can use vmware and the likes, but for me that is always a last case scenario, when I run winxp on vmware it is really slow with lots of input lag or something despite not having that bad of a PC.
