Question Thread title thumbnails

Sorry if I'm being dumb, but I can't work out how to attach a thumbnail to the title of my h-game thread. Am I missing something obvious or do I just not have permission to do that, as it's my first post here?

You have to upload your images (cover) to image filehost like:

https://www.turboimagehost.com/
https://pixhost.to/

then add forum thumbnail code to your post, you will see cover thumbnail next to the title like this
