If you want the jap voice actors then sure xD

aside from that it depend on the game (jap Lovvvvvvveeee to make more then one version for games)

in persona 4 case the jap ver don't had any major change i'm aware about (aside from naming KOMA as Tedi in the eng version xD)

meh persona can be region locked as much as it wants, as long as it comes here :p

or as long as you can do "stuff" to your xbox and make it region free by force
