every time i try to search i get the following error

"connection to localhost:9312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)"

However this is the only Forum i am having this issue with, also i've done a check and port 9312 doesn't seem to be blocked or in use on my end.

Thank you for bringing this up to me, for some reason the service auto recovery system didn't kick in. As such, the index server (we have a separated index server) failed to start. I just ran that manually and it should fix the issue.

Edit: further checks shows that there was a small mis-configuration with the auto recovery system, which prevent it to work reliably. It is now fixed.
