Probably SFW, as 18+ content is not allowed on Switch, and the Steam version is more likely a Switch port

It's written clearly at the end of the game description on Steam:
*The content of the Steam version is the same as the Nintendo Switch "The Town of Nie" Rating CERO-D(For ages 17 and up).
 
Is there an alternative link to the switch ver. I cannot access the website?
