sooo like 90% of VNs run just fine with applocale but from time to time i run into this error msg ugh.png and for the life of me i cant fix it i try an reDL the file or make sure its not corrupt but the same thing happens... im probably missing something super basic here so if anyone has a fix or some kinda tips pls im all ears. ty in advance.
 
Well, I have met errors like this before, and my solution is using some other softwares instead of applocale to run the game.
For example, "Locale Emulator", "Ntleas" and etc.
If all of them don't work, maybe you can simply change your system language for non-Unicode programs in Control Panel, but this method is very inconvenient because you must restart Windows after changing.
