It literally wasnt, because I was up at that time trying to purchase it. it might be out physically, But it wasnt. The E-shop doesnt release things at midnight. It releases games mid-day central time. physical release might have been at that time -- but I dont live in the USA. Not to mention EUROPE still have 1 month until release. ><
