In the end the magazines could not continue and they'll stop releasing any new volumes. Idk for how long they'll keep their digital stuff up too, or for how long people will be able to buy their digital magazines. Maybe we should start preserving them.

You can consider Kobo (Rakuten Books Japan) or Amazon Japan - both are e-book stores but best to double-check the method to remove DRM.

I do have all of the sweetprincess issues available on kindle (so like vol 24-44 or 45? anyway the last issue)

i can share them but i'll have to censor the r18 parts like i did with sweetsweetprincess, so if you want to get the uncensored ver. you'll need to get them yourselvessorry about that. also i will prioritize mangas and fanbooks/artbooks so it might take me a while to upload them (at least a few months that's for sure)

cuz yeah they announced a while back they'd stop publishing but they started a new magazine called sweetsweetprincess which is the equivalent of sweetprincess (idk if there's an equivalent to cool-B tho)

i however do not own any cool b magazine so i cant help with that but someone on AS shared anonymously as MIRROR links quite a lot of issues (thanks^^) but not all of them and no special issue, so feel free to get the others to preserve them!

also for removing DRM sorry i dont know hos to do it, i personally gave up and i just take screenshots in a particular way so that i can get the best quality possible... You might want to ask on scanlation related communities since they're used to how to do this stuff or we wouldnt have all the manga scans we have nowadays!
the most famous drm removing .ethod is to use deDRM (on github) and add the plugin to calibre (there are dozens of tutorial about how to do it), but this doesnt seem to work on recent books because they updated the DRM encryption method or something like that it might still work with kobo idk but for kindle although i did not test this method on ALL the books i have it seems like it doesnt work anymore

It used to be easier with the method you mentioned; but if anyone has a Kindle reader and an account on Amazon Japan - that is another way to try besides getting screenshots.

The only difference is that it'll also include otome games and otome situation cds, so it'll be smth like half half.

Hasn't Cool-B always been for both otome and BL? Plus you won't see boobs unless they're r18, it's otome games not gal games, the LIs are men so fan service is only for men

Hello again!

Back on January 29, CoolB 極最終号, our final issue and the only BL focused magazine of its kind, came to a close. But we’re excited to announce a fresh new beginning: we’re relaunching as a brand new BL game magazine!

Our new name is CoreB, and the first issue is set to release on Monday, June 30.

In addition to BL games, we’ll also be covering otome games and situation voice dramas, continuing our focus on content for a female audience.

The format will stay the same as cool b, A4 size and the magazine will be published by AppStyle Inc.

As for future issues? That’s up to you. Your support will determine how far we can go.

We know physical magazines aren’t as common as they used to be, but if you’d like to see us thrive, please consider picking up a copy! You can find us at bookstores, specialty shops, or through online retailers. You can also continue to preorder and purchase from the Cool-B Online Shop, just like before.
