Unfortunately there is no FULL/TRIAL/DEMO,etc English version. The patch mentioned on vndb was actually and I quote, "This was an April Fools joke from Overflow, it was used to say "Summer Days is coming out in English!"".

For now, as far as I know, there are no groups that are subbing this VN. Sorry :(
