Move the mouse slowly and push it in....

For the mini game, you could actually grab the glass with Fever Card for increase in beer and wine glasses on the conveyor belt or you can grab the Blue bar in glass to increase your number of tries. Simply click once more to retract again. (Works for first to second lane of conveyor belt only. No further)

So far not much difference whether you give her more to drink or not. But if you give her none or you take instead, then game's over.
