the share online is down for some reason... sometimes it is up sometimes it is down.. is there a time duration per download?

Hm, there should be no time duration for the file. Are you trying to download with a download helper or with a browser? Either way you're trying, try it with another browser or download helper. There's just a waiting time for free users after each download, but normally you can see if the file is online or not while waiting.
