The Birthdayのニューシングル「夢とバッハとカフェインと」が、11月9日にリリースされる。
彼らのシングルリリースは2015年6月の「MOTHER」以来、約1年半ぶり。初回限定盤はDVD付きで、こちらにはミュージックビデオのほかレコーディング風景やオフショットを交えた"セルフライナーノーツムービー"が収められる。また、28ページのスペシャルフォトブックも封入される。
発売前日の11月8日からは全国ツアー「The Birthday "シャム猫の絶叫" TOUR 2016」がスタート。このツアー会場にシングルの帯を持参すると特典が贈呈される。
After celebrating the tenth anniversary of their formation in 2015, The Birthday welcomes the start of their next ten years with Yume to Bach to Caffeine to ("Dream, Bach and Caffeine"). The single also includes the B-side Ki ga Shirenai.
