この曲は11月30日にリリースされるJUJUのニューシングル「believe believe / あなた以外誰も愛せない」の表題曲の1つ。MVはJUJUの作品のアートワークを手がける鈴木利幸が監督を務め、撮影のセットをENZO、衣装をスタイリストの丸本達彦と岡部俊輔が担当している。
サビの歌詞「believe believe」が「ビリビリ」と電気が発生する音に似ていることに着想を得て制作された映像では、JUJUが発電所を舞台にダンサー15人を従え"ビリビリダンス"を披露している。
また「believe believe」は日本テレビ系ドラマ「レンタル救世主」の主題歌に使用されており、ドラマで主演を務める沢村一樹がJUJUと"ビリビリダンス"を踊るバージョンのMVも後日公開される。
