There are some pages out of order in the original file, the scanner has fixed this.
Please follow these steps:

• Rename image "163_163.jpg" to "170_170a.jpg"
  
  
• Rename images from "164_164.jpg" to "170_170.jpg" like this:
  164_164.jpg > 163_163.jpg
  165_165.jpg > 164_164.jpg
  ...
  170_170.jpg > 169_169.jpg
  
  
• Rename image "170_170a.jpg" to "170_170.jpg"

I've added fixed links in the original in case you want to download the file again.

Original scanner has fixed once again the order of the pages, I hope for the last time.
Please follow these steps to fix the previous corrected version:

• Rename "161_KNM_161.jpg" > "170_KNM_170a.jpg"
  Rename "162_KNM_162.jpg" > "169_KNM_169a.jpg"
  Rename "163_KNM_163.jpg" > "167_KNM_167a.jpg"
  Rename "164_KNM_164.jpg" > "166_KNM_166a.jpg"
  Rename "166_KNM_166.jpg" > "164_KNM_164a.jpg"
  Rename "167_KNM_167.jpg" > "163_KNM_163a.jpg"
  Rename "168_KNM_168.jpg" > "162_KNM_162a.jpg"
  Rename "169_KNM_169.jpg" > "161_KNM_161a.jpg"
  Rename "170_KNM_170.jpg" > "168_KNM_168a.jpg"
  
  
• Remove the character "a" from the renamed files.
