After the countdown is done, there usually should be a "download" button to click - check if you have any ad/script blockers running that could interfere.

the countdown doesn't show in the first place ,, when i click on the slow download it dissapear and nothing show after it ?

Try contacting the support at the place you're trying to download from - I've never encountered that error and have no idea how to fix it. :(
